Arianna
In the busyness of modern life, we often forget how to listen to ourselves. While the mind overloads us with thoughts, worries, things to do, we tend to fall out of touch with our bodies. Until their only way to be heard is through pain, discomfort or weakness.
However, where pain exists there is always a bigger potential for healing and self-discovery.
I believe that awareness is the first step towards greater personal engagement, and, therefore, a more collective consciousness.
My Approach
Arianna is massage therapist and photographer based in London. She always had a deep connection with touch, seeing it as a way to feel and connect with the world surrounding her. Whether by creating something with her hands, passing her fingertips on fresh flowers, or holding a friend’s hand.
With a background in photography, in 2024 she realised that stepping into the world of bodywork was a natural progression on both a personal and professional level. She obtained a diploma in full body holistic massage from London CityLit in April 2025, and then pursued more qualifications during a recent journey in India and Thailand. She is now also a fully trained Thai yoga masseuse and Chi Nei Tsang practitioner.
Arianna also nurtures a deep interest in yoga, dance, and somatic movement, all forms of expression that have shaped her life and consistently inspire her practice.
With her work, Arianna wants to create a caring, safe and non-judgemental environment where others can fully be themselves and embark on a self-discovery journey alongside her support.
About Me
My Services
I offer massage treatments with a holistic approach, meaning that I consider a person as a whole - body, mind and spirit - rather than treating specific symptoms. Through conscious touch, breathing guidance and softness, I aim to create a supportive environment for you to let go and tune in with your inner self.
Feel where your energy flows. Breathe to forgotten areas. Connect with any tension. Bring safety across your body.
-
Softening & Releasing.
Whether caused by stress, bad posture or working on a laptop all day, these areas of our bodies tend to accumulate a lot of tension. A discomfort that too often is underestimated and perceived as a normalised sensation.
Allow yourself to remember what it’s like to feel light and loose. By combining different types of strokes - with pressure tailored to your needs- these sessions aim to dissolve any tightness whilst providing a relaxing and nourishing experience.
(These treatments also include a face massage. However if you don’t want to be touched on the face, we can focus for longer on a different area)

Embark on a full self-care journey
By applying the principles of Swedish massage, a full body session allows us to work deeply across your body. As deep relaxation is reached, tensions released and blood circulation boosted, you’ll feel a sense of harmony spreading towards every corner of your body, mind and soul.

A gentle practice of deep inner listening.
Chi Nei Tsnag is a powerful abdominal massage rooted in taoist philosophy, which focuses on activating the chi ( vital energy) in our naval area, considered the body’s energy center. When our internal organs are obstructed, they tend to store unhealthy energy that can overflow into other bodily systems, and surface as negative emotions, sicknesses or disease.
Through the application of a gentle, soft yet deep touch, Chi Nei Tsnag aims to activate the flow of chi across the body, releasing physical tightness and emotional blockages stored in the abdomen.
Some areas it can help with are: digestive issues, detoxification, nervous system regulation, emotional releases.
-
A dance between space and lengthening.
If you’d like to finish a session with an extra bit of stretching and body’s lengthening, then Thai yoga massage is here for you.
Thai yoga massage is an ancient therapeutic practice combining Indian Ayurvedic principles and traditional Thai medicine. Sessions consist of deep body stretches, gentle compressions, rocking and pressure points. It can help to improve flexibility, create more space in the body, calm the nervous system and reduce pain.
Every session feels like a long exhale.
FAQs
-
My work draws on traditional massage styles - Thai, Ayurvedic, Yoga, and Deep Tissue - and is shaped by years of yoga and meditation practice, forming the foundation of how I work.
Each session flows with intuition and presence. Techniques are tools, not rules, and every movement responds to your body’s needs, creating a quiet, gentle conversation between touch, oils, and awareness.
I use a blend of stretching, pressure points, mobilisations, and fascial work to ease tension, restore movement, and bring balance. The massage is oil-based, typically using sweet almond oil blended with essential oils chosen for your body’s needs. Occasionally, an Ayurvedic element such as Calamus (Vacha) powder is added - a fine, gentle scrub that supports circulation, clarity, and balance.
Every session is shaped by your body’s rhythm on the day. The intention is to guide you into a state of holistic ease, where tension softens, breath deepens, and mind, muscles, and body move together in comfort and flow.

At Flow State, each massage is designed as a journey — not a quick escape.
The body and mind need time to truly let go, to release tension, and to open into deep relaxation.
Shorter sessions often end just as your system begins to soften, so we begin at 90 minutes to allow a complete, unhurried experience.
This isn’t about more time on the clock — it’s about depth, presence, and care.
-
Each session at Flow State is offered as a full-body treatment, thoughtfully adapted to your body’s needs and comfort on the day. The massage may include the back, legs, feet, arms, shoulders, and hips. It can also include focused work around the glutes and hip flexors, as these areas often hold deep tension and play a key role in overall balance and posture.
The whole session is carried out with professionalism, care, and deep respect for personal boundaries. Certain areas of an intimate nature are never touched and always remain covered.
I do not work with sensual or sexual energies in any form — the intention of the treatment is purely restorative. Your comfort, wellbeing, and sense of safety are always at the heart of the session.
If there are any areas you’d prefer not to include, please share them before or during your treatment — the massage will always be adjusted to ensure you feel completely at ease.
-
There’s nothing special you need to do or bring — everything is provided for you, from fresh towels to oils and water.
As this is an oil-based massage, you’ll usually remain in your underwear (bottoms), and you’ll be covered with towels throughout the session. Only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time, ensuring you feel fully comfortable and at ease. Wear something loose and easy to change out of, and try to avoid a heavy meal just before your session.
Arriving a few minutes early helps you settle in, slow down, and begin to unwind before the treatment begins. Most importantly, switch off your phone, take a deep breath, and allow yourself to arrive — your body will take care of the rest.
-
Each session begins with a 20-minute informal consultation, a gentle conversation designed to connect human to human. This helps build trust, understand your body’s needs, and create a framework for the session that feels safe, supportive, and fully tailored to you.
After the session, there is usually time to integrate and return to your day at your own pace. You’re never rushed — the space is intentionally calm and unhurried so you can fully feel, process, and enjoy the effects of the work.
The massage itself lasts for the duration you booked and unfolds at an unhurried pace, allowing your body to fully relax and respond naturally. The consultation at the beginning and the time at the end are additional to your booked massage and included at no extra cost. To ensure you never feel rushed and can fully enjoy the experience, please allow around 30 extra minutes when booking.
*For example, if you book a 90-minute massage, plan for an extra 20–30 minutes for arrival, consultation, and post-massage integration.
It’s natural to notice a range of sensations, thoughts, or emotions before, during, or after a massage. Every aspect of the session - from the first conversation to the final moments — is designed to support your wellbeing, comfort, and deep sense of ease.

Your safety and wellbeing are always the top priority. If you have any special requests, health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, please get in touch before booking. This allows me to give tailored guidance and ensure the session is safe and suitable for you.
At this stage, I do not hold pregnancy-specific qualifications or insurance, so I am currently unable to offer pregnancy massage. I am working towards this for the future.
For other injuries or health considerations, I can advise on what is possible and if/how the massage can be adapted to your needs. Open communication helps make the session safe, comfortable, and fully beneficial.

There’s no single answer — it depends on your body, lifestyle, and what feels right. I encourage everyone to listen to themselves and their own needs, as massage is just one step on a much wider journey of self-care, self-discovery, and connection with your body. It is an act of care and attention, and its value is in how it supports your ongoing relationship with yourself rather than a fixed schedule.
Many clients find that a massage every 3–4 weeks creates a good rhythm for wellness, self-care, and maintaining balance in daily life. Some clients may benefit from a little extra care at the start, with sessions once a week or every couple of weeks, to help their body reset and get back on track.
To support this, I created the Circle Flow Monthly Massage Club, which allows you to receive a gentle, regular rhythm of care. For those who prefer, I also offer bundles and packages, which let you schedule multiple sessions at a reduced rate. This gives flexibility while helping you maintain a consistent, nurturing routine.

All sessions are by appointment only, booked through the website. This ensures your time is reserved especially for you and the space remains calm and unhurried.
• Cancellations or rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Over time, I’ve realized that 24 hours is often not enough. With limited availability, I need to ensure that your reserved time can be reallocated if necessary. This is why a 48-hour notice is required — it allows me to manage the schedule fairly and offer the session to someone else if needed. If you cannot make your session, please get in touch as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate any changes or adjustments.
• Late arrivals: Arriving late may affect the session. Every lateness of 15 minutes or more could result in the session being cancelled or treated as a no-show, particularly if there isn’t enough time for the full consultation and a minimum 90-minute massage.
• Preparation & arrival: Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and start relaxing. This also ensures you have enough time for the initial consultation and post-massage integration, which are included on top of your booked massage duration at no extra cost.
This structure ensures you get the most from your session, with space to arrive, unwind, and leave without rushing, fully embracing the benefits of the experience.

I believe normal is a myth — and if you met me already, you’d know that’s true! Some clients feels like laughing or cry a little and some don’t feel any strong emotional release at all.
That doesn’t mean the massage isn’t working — it simply means that this isn’t what your body needs to release right now. Every body responds differently, and every reaction is valid.
Any emotional response is completely natural and nothing to worry about. It’s a sign that your body is opening, processing, and reconnecting with itself.
Your session is held in a safe, unhurried space, so you can feel whatever comes up whether it’s relief, joy, calm, or simply nothing noticeable. Part of the experience is allowing yourself to be fully human, exactly as you are, without judgment or need to hold back
