Unused sessions roll over and never expire while your subscription is active

If you cancel, rolled-over sessions remain valid for 30 days

You can cancel at any time, with no penalties

Subscriptions renew monthly and are billed automatically on your sign-up date

You may pause your subscription for up to 2 months per calendar year (email to request)

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being counted as used

Subscription massages are non-transferable

Prices may change with 30 days’ notice

Flow State reserves the right to end a subscription at any stage.
