Flow State began with a simple belief: when given the right conditions, the body already knows how to heal, release, and return to balance.

I believe that any meaningful treatments should adapt to the individual rather than asking the individual to adapt to the treatment.

Drawing inspiration from a range of holistic traditional approaches, each session is shaped around what your body needs on the day. Some treatments may feel deeply nurturing and meditative. Others may involve more focused work on areas of long-held tension and restriction.

Pressure, pace, techniques, and areas of focus are adjusted throughout the session, creating an experience that feels personal, intuitive, and uniquely yours.

As the body softens and the mind begins to quiet, many clients find themselves entering a state where time seems to slow down, breathing becomes easier, and a deeper sense of ease emerges naturally.

About Me

Over the years, Silvio has explored a wide range of bodywork traditions, movement practices, and approaches to wellbeing. He believes that the most effective treatments rarely come from following a rigid routine. They come from listening.

Every person arrives carrying something different. Stress, physical tension, fatigue, overwhelm, old injuries, or simply the weight of a busy life. Rather than applying the same sequence to every client, Silvio’s approach is guided by what is present in the moment.

His treatments blend skilled work with intuitive touch, creating sessions that are deeply restorative, highly personalised, and often difficult to compare to a conventional massage.

Known for his calm presence and attention to detail, Silvio creates a space where clients can fully let go, slow down, and reconnect with themselves.

The work I do unfolds gradually following your body natural rhythm - your breath.

Ninety minutes is the minimum time needed to move through the body with care, allowing release to happen organically rather than be forced.

This is not a massage squeezed into an hour.

It’s time reclaimed, a space for your system to unwind, restore, and remember its natural flow.
